Coffee for your stand at Hostelco Barcelona

At Hostelco your visitor is a hospitality professional: they can tell a well-extracted espresso from a burnt one. The coffee on your stand has to live up to them.

Serving mediocre coffee at a hospitality trade show is an own goal: your visitor runs a hotel, a restaurant or a coffee shop chain, and judges quality for a living. The same coffee that goes unnoticed at another show positions you at Hostelco — for better or worse.

That is why our standard fits especially well here: baristas trained by Xavi Iglesias, a world barista judge, and Core Coffee specialty beans, hand-roasted in Barcelona with single origins from Colombia, Ethiopia and Brazil. A level in the cup that a professional recognises at the first sip.

Hostelco takes place at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, a venue we know well: it is where we serve coffee at MWC. Venue access, build-up and trade show rhythm hold no surprises for us.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum service for Hostelco?

We work in full show days and adapt stations and baristas to your footfall: each station serves 500+ coffees a day. We confirm the exact format in the quote.

How much room does the coffee bar take on the stand?

The reference format is around 3×2 metres, with more compact configurations if your space is limited. We solve it on your stand plan.

What does the stand need technically?

A 220V/16A socket, nothing else. We bring our own water tank, so you do not depend on plumbing or extra installations for our service.

How much lead time should I allow for Hostelco?

Ideally 1-2 months ahead, and a bit more if you want full customisation of cups and bar. For short timelines, ask us: we reply within 48 working hours.
