Barcelona is our home base: certified baristas, specialty coffee roasted in the city and a station we set up in 30 minutes at your office, trade show or event.
We are based in Barcelona — our operations hub, our barista school and the Core Coffee roasting are all here. That means short logistics: we arrive with the machine calibrated, grinders ready and freshly roasted coffee.
The team trains under Xavi Iglesias, a world barista judge, and has served coffee at Mobile World Congress and for brands like Google, Amazon and Gartner. Every barista works in English as well as Spanish and Catalan — essential in a congress city like Barcelona.
The service is turnkey: all we need is a standard 220V/16A socket and a 3×2 metre space. It works just as well in a 22@ office, on a stand at Fira Gran Via or in a hotel in the Eixample.

How much does barista hire in Barcelona cost?
It depends on the number of coffees, service hours and branding. The minimum is around 50 coffees per service. Tell us about your event and you will have a closed quote within 48 working hours.
Which areas of Barcelona do you cover?
The whole city and metro area: from 22@ to Fira Gran Via in L'Hospitalet and the CCIB. Barcelona is our base, so there is no travel surcharge here.
What does the venue need?
A standard 220V/16A socket and about 3×2 metres. We bring our own water tank, so no plumbing or installation is required.
Can you cover an event at short notice?
