Coffee break catering in Madrid

Specialty coffee, baristas and snacks for the breaks at your meetings, trainings and corporate events in Madrid.

Coffee break catering in Madrid

A coffee break with a barista sends a very different message from the usual thermos line-up: freshly ground coffee, latte art with your logo and a break people actually use to talk. That is the service we bring to Madrid.

We work to the standard of our barista school, led by Xavi Iglesias, a world barista judge. Companies like Google, Amazon, Dell and Gartner have trusted us with their events, and 98% of our clients rebook.

We bring the service to offices around Azca and the Castellana, to congresses at IFEMA and to hotels across the city. We set up in 30 minutes, restock between breaks and leave everything spotless.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a coffee break in Madrid cost?

It depends on guests, breaks and snacks, plus a travel supplement you will see itemised in the proposal. Closed quote within 48 working hours.

What is the minimum number of guests in Madrid?

We work from 50 coffees a day. From there we scale: more stations, more baristas and continuous restocking up to 1,000+ guests.

What does our office or venue need?

A standard 220V/16A socket and about 3×2 metres. No plumbing needed: we work with our own water tank and set up in about 30 minutes.

Can you serve several days in a row?

Yes, it is common for trainings and congresses: we leave the station installed and the team returns each day. We size it and close it in the proposal.
