Quote request and enquiry form
Purpose: To handle your quote requests and enquiries, send you our service proposal and follow up on it.
Legal basis: The user's consent when submitting a request through our form, and the implementation, at the user's request, of pre-contractual measures necessary to prepare the requested proposal.
Retention: For the duration of the commercial relationship arising from your request and, once it has ended, for the legally applicable limitation periods.
Sending of commercial information
Purpose: To send you commercial information about our services and news, only if you tick the corresponding acceptance box on the form (unticked by default).

- Supabase — database where form submissions are stored (EU region, eu-west-1).
- Resend — sending of transactional e-mails (request confirmation and internal notification).
- Cloudflare — Turnstile anti-bot service protecting the form against automated submissions.
All of these providers have data processing agreements (DPAs) in place in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. In the case of Vercel and Resend, the provision of the service may involve international data transfers, safeguarded by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
4. Rights in relation to your personal data
Any person may withdraw their consent at any time, where such consent was given for the processing of their data. In no case shall the withdrawal of this consent affect relationships established beforehand.
