FITUR is the show where the product is hospitality itself. A stand pouring thermos coffee tells one story; a stand with a barista, freshly ground espressos and latte art carrying the destination's logo tells another. And the visitor — tour operator, agency or press — draws conclusions from everything.
Coffee as an event experience is our ground: we serve coffee inside MWC and we work for brands like Google, Amazon, Dell and Gartner. We operate across Spain, including IFEMA Madrid, with a self-sufficient set-up: our own machine, our own water tank and a single socket.

Logistics at IFEMA Madrid
FITUR takes place at IFEMA Madrid. We operate across Spain and also work at IFEMA: we coordinate access and build-up schedules with you or your builder, and we arrive with the full kit — machine, grinders, Core Coffee, milks and plant-based alternatives. Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum service for FITUR?
We work in full show days and adjust stations and baristas to your footfall: each station serves 500+ coffees a day. In the quote we confirm the format for your stand.
How much space does the coffee bar need on the stand?
Around 3×2 metres for the standard format, with more compact options if your stand requires it. We define it on the floor plan in the proposal.
What do I need to order in terms of power and water at IFEMA?
For our service, just a 220V/16A socket on the stand. Water is on us: we work with our own tank, with no plumbing or extra installations.
How far in advance should I book for FITUR?
We recommend closing 1-2 months before the show, especially if you want branding on cups and bar. For tighter dates, ask us: we reply within 48 working hours.
