Logistics at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via
IBTM World takes place at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, a venue where we have already operated — it is where we serve coffee at MWC. We coordinate access, schedules and the bar's position on the stand with you or your builder, and we arrive with all the material: machine, grinders, Core Coffee, milks and plant-based alternatives. Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum service for IBTM?
We work in full show days and size the service to your stand's expected footfall: one barista station serves 500+ coffees a day. We confirm the exact format in the quote.
How much stand space should I reserve for the bar?
The comfortable format is around 3×2 metres, with more compact options for small stands. We fit it onto your stand plan before the show.
What utilities does the coffee bar need?
Only power: a 220V/16A socket. Water is covered — we work with our own tank, no plumbing or installations on the stand.
How far in advance should I book for IBTM?
Ideally 1-2 months before the show, especially if you want custom branding on cups and bar. If you are cutting it close, write to us anyway: we reply within 48 working hours.
