MWC takes place at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, a venue we know from first-hand experience. What is the minimum for a coffee bar at MWC?
We work in full show days and size the service to your footfall: one barista station serves 500+ coffees a day. Tell us about your stand and we will confirm the exact format in the quote.
How much space does the bar need inside the stand?
Around 3×2 metres is comfortable, and we have more compact formats for small stands. We fit it onto your stand plan in the proposal.
What do I need in terms of power and water?
Just a 220V/16A socket. We bring the water ourselves — we work with our own tank, so our service does not depend on venue plumbing or extra installations.
How far ahead should I book for MWC?
The earlier the better: for MWC the ideal is to close it 1-2 months out, because the final weeks fill up. If you are short on time, write to us anyway — we reply within 48 working hours.
